Simulation tool for maintenance and repair sustainability estimation based on emergy analysis
In this task, the results of the previous tasks will be integrated to develop a simulation tool to evaluate the sustainability indicators of a breakwater during its useful life, including different maintenance and repair strategies. This will be based on maritime climate simulations as well as damage evolution models (Melby and Kobayashi, Castillo et al 2012), which will be revised according to the results obtained in Task 4 in order to include maintenance strategies
